What we collect
When you request access, we collect your name, work email, organization, role, area of interest, and any optional context you choose to provide. The form also contains an invisible anti-spam field. We do not ask you to upload files through this form.
How we use it
We use this information to review and respond to your access request, understand whether trademark intelligence, employment monitoring, or a firm-wide use case is relevant, and continue the resulting conversation. We do not sell or rent your contact details.
How the request is delivered
The form sends a transactional email to Redrift through Resend and sends a confirmation to the work email you provide. Copies may remain in the receiving mailboxes and in Resend's delivery records according to those services' retention practices.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising trackers on this marketing site. Our hosting and email providers may process standard request and delivery metadata needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site and form.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you have shared. Email privacy@redrift.ai with enough detail for us to identify the request.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date below and, where appropriate, notify anyone we're actively in touch with by email.
