What we collect
When you request a briefing, we collect your name, work email, organization name, role, approximate monitored footprint, and any notes you send us. If you provide a portfolio or client context ahead of a briefing, that file is treated as confidential.
How we use it
We use the information to prepare the briefing, schedule the call, and follow up once. We do not sell, share, or rent your contact details. We do not use uploaded portfolio data for any purpose other than running the briefing.
Where it lives
Form submissions are sent by transactional email through Resend and stored only as needed to operate the service. Uploaded files are kept in access-controlled storage and deleted on request.
Cookies and analytics
This marketing site is intentionally light on tracking. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. The application server may log standard request metadata for operational and security purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete the information you've shared at any time. Email privacy@redrift.ai and we will confirm within five business days.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date below and, where appropriate, notify anyone we're actively in touch with by email.
